Return & Shipping Policy
As all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us with photos of the defect within 7 days of arrival.
Refunds will not be issued if a package is returned or refused due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes.
